What you will do

• Lead vision and development of next-gen experience creation tools within hirify.global’s DXP for enterprise-scale governance and flexibility.
• Build innovative solutions transforming how enterprise marketing teams create and manage digital experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and research teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Apply AI-powered capabilities to accelerate workflows from content generation to design adaptation.
• Drive discovery with stakeholders to identify opportunities for significant improvements.
• Define success metrics, measure impact, and continuously improve products.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Berlin, Germany
• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills in fast-paced environments.
• Analytical thinker with ability to identify core problems and size opportunities.
• Comfortable explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Solid technical background and understanding of development lifecycle.

• Experience building products for marketers, designers, or creative professionals.
