What you will do
- Lead technical sales cycles for strategic partnerships, including discovery and tailored API demonstrations.
- Scope, plan, and lead technical proof-of-concept (POC) projects for partners.
- Act as primary technical advisor, triaging critical integration issues and guiding implementation.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical enablement materials for partners and internal teams.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on hirify.global’s API and integration capabilities, providing internal training.
- Liaise between partners, sales, product, and engineering to align on product roadmaps and deliverables.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of API architectures (REST, SOAP) and ability to design integrations.
- Expertise in real-time communication patterns (Webhooks, WebSockets).
- Knowledge of modern authentication and authorization frameworks (OAuth 2.0).
- Proven ability in rapid prototyping, troubleshooting, and leading complex integration projects.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience creating high-quality technical documentation and enablement resources.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and generative AI platforms.
- English: Fluent written and spoken required.
