Salary: $51,100–$115,000 USD (annual)

What you will do

• Lead technical sales cycles for strategic partnerships, including discovery and tailored API demonstrations.
• Scope, plan, and lead technical proof-of-concept (POC) projects for partners.
• Act as primary technical advisor, triaging critical integration issues and guiding implementation.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical enablement materials for partners and internal teams.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on hirify.global’s API and integration capabilities, providing internal training.
• Liaise between partners, sales, product, and engineering to align on product roadmaps and deliverables.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of API architectures (REST, SOAP) and ability to design integrations.
• Expertise in real-time communication patterns (Webhooks, WebSockets).
• Knowledge of modern authentication and authorization frameworks (OAuth 2.0).
• Proven ability in rapid prototyping, troubleshooting, and leading complex integration projects.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience creating high-quality technical documentation and enablement resources.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and generative AI platforms.
• English: Fluent written and spoken required.
