What you will do

• Lead 2–3 client engagements, acting as senior technical and strategic advisor.
• Shape early-stage discovery, delivery framing, and solution design for clients.
• Provide oversight on architecture, product, data, and AI decisions across projects.
• Guide Project Leads and resolve delivery risks to influence technical direction.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to growing technical leadership.
• Drive commercial growth by engaging new clients and developing proposals.

Requirements

• 10+ years in consulting or digital delivery, with experience at a top-tier firm (MBB or equivalent).
• Strong technical depth across architecture, AI/ML, data platforms, APIs, and product development.
• Proven ability to shape and lead complex client engagements from concept to execution.
• Excellent communication skills – able to translate between business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience coaching and developing teams across product, engineering, and data domains.
• Comfortable balancing strategy, delivery, and commercial responsibility.
