What you will do

  • Take full ownership of regional performance and drive predictable, high-quality revenue growth.
  • Recruit, coach, and lead a world-class sales team, embedding the Sales Operating Model.
  • Develop future leaders through structured coaching and clear progression paths.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with marketing, partner sales, customer success, and other internal teams.
  • Establish yourself as a recognized expert and thought leader in the Middle East region.
  • Build deep, trust-based relationships with C-level stakeholders across ideal customer profiles.

Requirements

  • Proven sales leader with a strong track record of building, coaching, and scaling high-performing enterprise sales teams.
  • Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles in software or fintech environments.
  • Executive presence and the ability to build lasting relationships with senior stakeholders at financial institutions.
  • Deep understanding of go-to-market strategies, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
