Requirements
- Proven sales leader with a strong track record of building, coaching, and scaling high-performing enterprise sales teams.
- Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles in software or fintech environments.
- Executive presence and the ability to build lasting relationships with senior stakeholders at financial institutions.
- Deep understanding of go-to-market strategies, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
