We are currently seeking an experienced Head of Brokerage / Sales Director to join a well established, mid sized British brokerage based in The Greens, Dubai.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Head of Brokerage or Sales Director role
- Ability to bring and transition an existing team of agents

What’s on Offer:
- AED 30,000 – 40,000 per month
- Attractive override structure
