Requirements

• Must be based in the EU.
• Master's degree (MBA/MSc).
• 15+ years of relevant professional experience.
• English proficiency at C1-C2 level.
• Certification in PMI or Change Management (or equivalent).
• Proven leadership in complex engagements and strong programme oversight experience.
• Excellent communication skills for executive and multi-stakeholder interactions.
