Location: Hybrid, 2x per week in Leeds

Salary: £75,000 – £90,000 per annum

What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of client projects, owning outcomes across varying complexity.
• Lead agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) to guide teams and ensure high-quality output.
• Adapt delivery practices for both agile and traditional project or programme structures.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships at all levels.
• Facilitate key agile ceremonies including stand-ups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks while spotting opportunities for improvement and value-added change.
• Act as a bridge between client delivery and internal operations.

Requirements

• Strong practical understanding of agile principles and proven experience applying Scrum, Kanban, and Lean/Startup methodologies.
• Experience delivering cloud projects (GCP, AWS or Azure).
• Confident facilitating agile ceremonies and promoting best practice within delivery teams.
• Exceptional communication skills with a clear, concise approach to documentation.
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to operate effectively within complex environments.
