What you will do

• Partner with clients to deliver digital solutions aligned with business objectives
• Oversee software development portfolios ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and quality delivery
• Lead and mentor delivery managers and teams to drive performance and growth
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure transparent communication
• Monitor portfolio performance, risks, and financial KPIs with mitigation strategies
• Drive process optimization using agile and lean methodologies

Requirements

• Must have 12+ years of software development project management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field
• Advanced degree (MBA) and PMP certification highly desirable
• Experience delivering large, complex software portfolios on time and budget
• Strong communication, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Flexibility for frequent travel and ability to thrive in dynamic environments
• English proficiency required
