TL;DR

Engagement Director: Leading large-scale, complex client engagements from end to end, ensuring successful delivery, managing commercials, and building high-performing teams with an accent on client relationship management, financial acumen, and risk management. Location: Blended Working, allowing work from home, in a clubhouse, or on a client site.

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of client engagements, ensuring milestones, quality, and expected outcomes are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, managing expectations and resolving issues.
  • Own all engagement financials, including revenue, margin, invoicing, and collections.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate delivery teams, ensuring the right resourcing and skills mix.
  • Identify and manage critical risks and issues, acting as the main escalation point for delivery concerns.
  • Support account growth opportunities and contribute to the evolution of solutions and practice development.

  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
  • High level of planning, organisation, and resource coordination.
  • Solid financial acumen in managing engagement budgets and margins.
