What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of projects or product increments.
• Build and manage delivery plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure efficient collaboration.
• Manage scope, priorities, risks, and changing requests.
• Track delivery KPIs and ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum/Kanban processes.
• Oversee quality assurance, releases, budgets, and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE or able to work hybrid there.
• 3+ years of project management experience with Agile and Scrum knowledge.
• Technical understanding of IT, software development, CI/CD, and DevOps.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence.
• Strong skills in risk management, stakeholder management, budgeting, and communication.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
