What you will do

• Lead the delivery of technical and engineering solutions within the Waypoint tribe.
• Navigate technical complexity and align differing technical opinions to find a way forward.
• Deliver cross-squad solutions efficiently within an agile operating model.
• Manage solutions from analysis through to execution, utilizing internal technical expertise.
• Employ effective change management to ensure adoption and collaboration.
• Address technical needs related to productivity, quality, compliance, security, and technical debt.

Requirements

• Proactive, persistent, and structured approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to create order and structure where needed.
• Natural collaborator capable of motivating diverse teams.
• Skills and experience in agile delivery, project management, and change management techniques.
• Technical background to identify and manage important engineering aspects.
