What you will do
- Manage and strategically develop key accounts in the fashion sector
- Plan, manage, and execute projects for process optimization and new system introductions
- Conduct sales analyses and prepare reports, KPIs, and performance evaluations
- Drive internationalization of existing key accounts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Logistics, Tech, and Business Development
- Serve as a central contact point between partners and internal departments
Requirements
- Location: Hamburg, Germany (hybrid)
- 2-3 years experience in key account management, consulting, or project management
- Degree in business or related field
- Experience with online marketplaces or fashion e-commerce is a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
