What you will do

  • Own and grow a defined territory or strategic account list across the Nordics with focus on Enterprise offerings.
  • Build and execute strategic account plans to expand hirify.global’s presence in key organizations.
  • Deliver value-driven pitches to technical and business stakeholders, including C-suite.
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage full-cycle sales engagements.
  • Maintain a strong, forecastable pipeline and consistently meet or exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, BDRs, and Customer Success teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Sweden or the Nordics region.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish; additional Nordic languages a plus.
  • 6+ years of direct B2B sales experience in large enterprise environments.
  • Experience with Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) is highly desirable.
  • Good understanding of modern networking, cloud architectures, and Internet fundamentals.
  • Ability to influence both technical and non-technical decision makers.

Nice to have

  • Background in engineering, computer science, or MIS.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
