What you will do
- Own and grow a defined territory or strategic account list across the Nordics with focus on Enterprise offerings.
- Build and execute strategic account plans to expand hirify.global’s presence in key organizations.
- Deliver value-driven pitches to technical and business stakeholders, including C-suite.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage full-cycle sales engagements.
- Maintain a strong, forecastable pipeline and consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, BDRs, and Customer Success teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Sweden or the Nordics region.
- Fluent in English and Swedish; additional Nordic languages a plus.
- 6+ years of direct B2B sales experience in large enterprise environments.
- Experience with Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) is highly desirable.
- Good understanding of modern networking, cloud architectures, and Internet fundamentals.
- Ability to influence both technical and non-technical decision makers.
Nice to have
- Background in engineering, computer science, or MIS.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
