What you will do
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Prospect and close new business opportunities in the Nordics.
- Manage the entire sales process including demos, proofs of concept, proposals, and negotiations.
- Understand and communicate the value of Grafana Cloud and Enterprise products.
- Manage sales pipeline and customer data using Salesforce.
- Handle quote creation, order processing, and customer requests.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Sweden or able to work remotely from Sweden.
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales.
- Proven track record of consistent goal achievement in competitive environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken) required.
- Experience with consultative sales and technical product selling.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with open source technology.
- Experience using Salesforce and sales methodologies like MEDD(P)ICC.
- Fluency in Swedish (written and spoken).
