Salary: $81,900 - $125,000 plus commissions

What you will do

  • Create and execute territory plans including prospects, customers, partners, and marketing.
  • Close new business and develop a strong pipeline within assigned region.
  • Accelerate growth and profitability through cross-selling and upselling existing customers.
  • Leverage internal and external resources to meet territory objectives.
  • Represent hirify.global at customer and industry events.
  • Provide accurate revenue forecasts and support partner contributions.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the US, preferably South-Central region including Texas.
  • 3+ years of successful SaaS or technology sales experience with quota overachievement.
  • Ability to understand and translate customer business and technical needs related to networking, security, and cloud.
  • Strong sales and relationship-building skills with experience in sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and Clari.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with integrity.

  • Experience delivering POCs, webinars, and value proposition communications.
