What you will do
- Create and execute territory plans including prospects, customers, partners, and marketing.
- Close new business and develop a strong pipeline within assigned region.
- Accelerate growth and profitability through cross-selling and upselling existing customers.
- Leverage internal and external resources to meet territory objectives.
- Represent hirify.global at customer and industry events.
- Provide accurate revenue forecasts and support partner contributions.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the US, preferably South-Central region including Texas.
- 3+ years of successful SaaS or technology sales experience with quota overachievement.
- Ability to understand and translate customer business and technical needs related to networking, security, and cloud.
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills with experience in sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
- Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and Clari.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with integrity.
