What you will do

• Manage podcast network communications and campaign operations.
• Contribute to the planning, pacing, and reporting of large-scale media campaigns.
• Support the expansion of the Podcast program, including new launches and talent onboarding.
• Partner with Creator, Analytics, Creative, and Finance teams for cross-platform opportunities and deal facilitation.
• Research the competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities.
• Monitor competitor presence and optimize audio creative.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing.
• Strong communication, structured thinking, and a friendly attitude.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills; capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently.
• Comfortable working with data, marketing KPIs, and various data management tools.
• Strong familiarity with podcasts is advantageous.
• Must be based in New York City.
