TL;DR

Head Of Growth Marketing (SaaS Marketing): Own and execute the entire growth engine including demand generation, ABM, partnerships, events, and BDR motions with an accent on building scalable marketing-to-sales infrastructure and cross-functional team leadership. Focus on designing multi-channel campaigns, optimizing pipeline conversion, and driving measurable revenue growth in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Location: Hybrid, based in New York City headquarters (3 days/week onsite)

What you will do

  • Own growth strategy and budget across all demand generation channels including paid media, ABM, content syndication, partnerships, events, and outbound motions
  • Design and optimize marketing-to-sales infrastructure with lead scoring, routing, handoff processes, and SLAs
  • Manage and develop a cross-functional growth team including Events, BDRs, and Demand Generation specialists
  • Lead product launch go-to-market planning and execution across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • Build repeatable playbooks and scalable processes such as ABM frameworks and outbound cadences
  • Partner with RevOps and Sales leadership on pipeline goals, attribution, forecasting, and conversion optimization

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or near New York City for hybrid work (3 days onsite)
  • 8-15 years B2B SaaS marketing experience with 3+ years managing teams or growth initiatives
  • Hands-on experience in multiple growth levers including demand gen, ABM, partnerships, events, or BDR motions
  • Proven ability to build demand generation infrastructure in high-growth environments
  • Strong strategic voice and executive presence, comfortable working with CEO and department heads
  • Experience marketing to technical buyers is a major plus
