What you will do

• Support event and program logistics for CISO dinners, roundtables, regional conferences, and partner activities.
• Manage swag and gifting programs, including inventory tracking, ordering, and shipping.
• Create simple program landing pages for webinars, field events, and regional campaigns.
• Develop outreach sequences and communication assets, including event invites and follow-up emails for sales.
• Support registration and attendee management, ensuring accurate information in Salesforce.
• Assist with lead uploads into Salesforce and coordinate follow-up steps with SDRs and AEs.

Requirements

• Organized, detail-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Eager to learn event logistics, swag management, and landing page creation.
• Comfortable creating event invites, outreach messages, and follow-up emails.
• Open to learning and using marketing tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, Outreach, and Goldcast.
• Willingness to travel for events in and out of region (up to 20%).
