What you will do
- Manage transaction lifecycle from quote to cash and coordinate internal support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain pipeline and forecast with Client Directors using Salesforce
- Work independently with customers to resolve issues and provide timely solutions
- Assist in deal structuring and prepare pricing and proposals
- Develop and maintain vendor and client relationships
- Coordinate with accounts receivable and maintain client profiles and records
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-3 years sales support experience preferred, technology industry preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced sales environment
