What you will do
- Develop new and existing accounts within Northern California territory.
- Create and maintain a territory sales plan to achieve success.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas through proactive prospecting.
- Manage sales forecasting, lead generation, and account management through the full sales cycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams including VP, SEs, PAMs, Channel, and SDR teams to deliver strategic goals.
- Lead product demonstrations, presentations, and RFP responses for accounts.
Requirements
- Location: Must be located in Northern California and able to travel within the region.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of customer-facing sales experience in security, PAM, Identity Management, or IT software.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience in cybersecurity industry, especially privileged access management and endpoint security solutions.
- Established network with senior IT professionals and strong sales pipeline management skills.

- Completed sales training such as Sandler, SPIN, DISC, TAS, or Miller.
