What you will do
- Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, channel partners, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective C-level customers, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Manage the new business sales cycle from initial contact through to closing, ensuring accurate forecasting.
- Act as a subject matter expert on all hirify.global products, staying informed of updates and new offerings.
- Conduct high-level sales presentations and negotiations to secure large enterprise deals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software sales experience, specifically in enterprise SaaS.
- Experience selling identity access management solutions, including PAM.
- Proven track record of selling software into IT organizations.
- Existing CTO/CIO/CISO relationships and ability to develop C-level relationships within complex organizations.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and web-conference demo experience.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
