Enterprise Sales Executive (Cybersecurity): Driving new logo sales within an assigned geography, focusing on enterprise-wide deployments of hirify.global’s multi-product cybersecurity platform with an accent on strategic sales planning and building C-level relationships. Focus on managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing large enterprise deals and expanding market presence.

Location: Remote from select locations, with a hybrid option for candidates based in the Chicago, IL metro area.

What you will do

  • Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, channel partners, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective C-level customers, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Manage the new business sales cycle from initial contact through to closing, ensuring accurate forecasting.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on all hirify.global products, staying informed of updates and new offerings.
  • Conduct high-level sales presentations and negotiations to secure large enterprise deals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software sales experience, specifically in enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience selling identity access management solutions, including PAM.
  • Proven track record of selling software into IT organizations.
  • Existing CTO/CIO/CISO relationships and ability to develop C-level relationships within complex organizations.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and web-conference demo experience.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
