What you will do
- Assist in prospecting and acquiring new clients, aligning their cybersecurity needs with hirify.global’s solutions.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts (upgrades, renewals, cross-sells) and support tracking in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers receive the full value of hirify.global’s solutions.
- Support solution demonstrations and sales presentations to prospective customers.
- Help develop and present sales proposals that align with customer needs and objectives.
- Assist in the negotiation process and closing of deals, tracking sales activities and ensuring accurate forecasts in Salesforce.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related roles, ideally in technology or cybersecurity industries.
- Strong interest in cybersecurity and sales, with a desire to grow within the industry.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn, with problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while staying focused on details.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Google Suite.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative attitude.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
