What you will do

  • Lead sales strategy and adapt goals based on market conditions and business priorities.
  • Oversee account management and new business development to maximize revenue.
  • Manage, coach, and mentor a team of 4 sales groups to enhance performance.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and effective sales processes.
  • Analyze sales data to support strategic decisions and monitor market trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align client feedback with product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid role based in London with travel across EMEA
  • 10+ years sales experience in SaaS or DaaS within Energy, Commodities, Maritime, or Financial Services.
  • 3+ years managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong knowledge of modern sales techniques and data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
  • Balance short-term targets with long-term strategic goals.
