What you will do

• Create human, clear, and engaging content experiences that build trust and simplify complex financial information.
• Own the end-to-end UX content design process for the public website and contribute to wider UX practice.
• Collaborate closely with content and UX teams to embed consistent content strategy and brand voice.
• Develop content standards and patterns within design systems and ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG).
• Use research and data to test, iterate, and measure content effectiveness and user engagement.
• Mentor junior content designers and advocate for content design across the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in UX content design, content strategy, or UX writing.
• Strong communication, writing, and editing skills with brand awareness.
• Passion for inclusive design, accessibility, and simplicity.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
• Based in or able to work hybrid in London, Manchester, or Bristol, UK.
• English language proficiency at least B2 level.
