Location: Hybrid in New York City

Salary: $200,000 - $300,000 USD

What you will do

  • Build and hire a high-performing team of Account Executives focused on expansion revenue.
  • Define and implement the sales strategy and playbook for cross-sell and expansion.
  • Provide hands-on coaching and support to sales reps to drive deal closure.
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and reporting to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to enhance customer experience and identify growth opportunities.
  • Leverage sales technology and data to optimize team performance and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid role based in New York City
  • 5+ years B2B SaaS sales experience with 2-3+ years in sales management or team lead roles.
  • Proven success in building and scaling sales teams focused on cross-selling and upselling.
  • Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and data-driven sales leadership skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce and AI-driven sales tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
