What you will do
- Build and hire a high-performing team of Account Executives focused on expansion revenue.
- Define and implement the sales strategy and playbook for cross-sell and expansion.
- Provide hands-on coaching and support to sales reps to drive deal closure.
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and reporting to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to enhance customer experience and identify growth opportunities.
- Leverage sales technology and data to optimize team performance and decision-making.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid role based in New York City
- 5+ years B2B SaaS sales experience with 2-3+ years in sales management or team lead roles.
- Proven success in building and scaling sales teams focused on cross-selling and upselling.
- Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and data-driven sales leadership skills.
- Experience with Salesforce and AI-driven sales tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
