What you will do

• Explain the purpose, history, and design thinking behind hirify.global features, shaping the human experience principles of the platform.
• Deliver presentations that explain the deeper rationale behind the workplace experience, connecting features to outcomes for internal communications leaders.
• Demonstrate how the platform unifies communications, intranet, signage, and intelligent experiences into one clear journey.
• Translate customer needs into product insights and refine messaging with sales, product, engineering, and strategy teams.
• Advise customers on best practices based on communication strategy, design logic, and user behavior.
• Understand the platform's architecture, authentication, data flow, integrations, and how large language model features work.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years professional experience in Sales Engineering, Product Management, Solutions Consulting, or user experience-led roles.
• Experience within the intranet or internal communications ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, authentication, integrations, and enterprise environments.
• Active interest in AI trends, personal productivity tools, and modern software design.
• Ability to explain intelligent features and agent-driven workflows clearly and grounded.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong narrative approach.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge/use of Salesforce.
• Experience with Scripting and Web Development (HTML, JavaScript, AngularJS).
• Working knowledge of O365/Azure, containerization/Kubernetes, and cloud solutions.
• Familiarity with IPTV streaming, digital signage/video walls, and space management/room booking tools (IWMS).
