What you will do

  • Own the full sales strategy and drive predictable revenue
  • Lead outreach, demos, customer conversations, and deal cycles
  • Experiment with new tools to improve efficiency and conversion
  • Build and refine playbooks for outreach, qualification, and closing
  • Collaborate tightly with Marketing and Product to align messaging and ICP
  • Track sales KPIs and identify improvement opportunities

Requirements

  • Remote-first mindset with ability to work independently
  • Experience selling SaaS (B2B, product-led or sales-led)
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills
  • Curiosity about new go-to-market tools that increase efficiency
  • Comfortable owning pipeline, targets, and strategy
  • Ambition to build and lead a commercial team
