What you will do

• Lead execution of the product delivery roadmap ensuring prioritised backlog items are delivered on time and meet business goals
• Coordinate across UX, development, testing, compliance, marketing, and customer operations teams for smooth delivery
• Manage and mentor a team of Product Development Managers and Analysts
• Collaborate with Product Managers to plan and transition product enhancements from strategy to delivery
• Oversee end-to-end delivery including requirements gathering, solution design, UAT, release, and post-implementation evaluation
• Ensure regulatory and compliance standards are met in all product changes

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role with minimum 50% office presence in London
• Strong experience in digital product delivery and change management, preferably in financial services
• Proven leadership and coordination of cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery
• Understanding of FCA regulatory framework and compliance delivery
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
