Location: Hybrid role in London (2-3 days a week in office). Option to work from abroad for up to 120 days a year, subject to right to work in the country of choice.

What you will do

• Lead early-stage discovery and development of new propositions for Current Accounts, shaping opportunities into clear hypotheses.
• Work hands-on with engineers and designers to create prototypes, low-code builds, or manual experiments.
• Design and run customer tests to gather meaningful feedback and understand customer resonance.
• Collaborate with platform, operations, compliance, risk, and legal teams to ensure feasible and safe experiments.
• Build strong relationships across the organization to remove blockers and co-shape new concepts.
• Partner with the Head of Current Accounts to identify opportunities, decide on idea progression, and advance promising concepts.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product roles, building or validating new propositions, ideally in a startup, scale-up, or innovation environment.
• Energised by ambiguity, quick to turn loose ideas into clear hypotheses and early tests.
• Proven experience with zero-to-one work: MVPs, prototypes, experiments, or early-stage launches.
• Outcomes-focused generalist, adept at research, design, data, and commercial thinking.
• Evidence-based decision-making, combining qualitative input, customer feedback, and data.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams in fast-moving, uncertain environments.
