Location: Hybrid in Edinburgh with at least 40% office presence

What you will do

  • Build and manage the Consumer Duty dashboard for Embark Pensions with multi-system MI integration and monthly reporting
  • Produce audience-specific Consumer Duty reports and support governance forums
  • Lead product governance to ensure propositions are clear, competitive, compliant, and customer-centric
  • Partner with distribution and operations teams to align delivery and customer outcomes
  • Own risks and controls related to Embark Pensions products focusing on regulatory compliance
  • Coordinate customer literature updates in line with legislative and regulatory changes

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work hybrid with presence in Edinburgh office
  • Proven product management experience in pensions, financial services, or platform environments
  • Strong understanding of Consumer Duty and product governance
  • Advanced data analysis skills to interpret complex MI and generate reports
  • Experience with risk and control frameworks in financial products
  • Excellent written communication for senior leaders and governance committees
