What you will do
- Drive prioritization and trade-offs for 1-2 engineering squads balancing new features, platform improvements, and reporting.
- Lead discovery and delivery of impactful product features collaborating with engineering, commercial, design, research, and data teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain high-quality documentation and processes.
- Build and maintain partnerships within Product and with B2B customers.
- Own short, medium, and long-term product roadmaps aligned with company strategy and industry trends.
- Use data and customer insights to define success metrics and advocate for end-user needs.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid role based in London, UK
- Proven product management experience in fast-paced environments, ideally in rail or related industries.
- Experience working with B2B customers and technical products such as APIs.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills using quantitative and qualitative data.
- Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks, user stories, sprint goals, and product metrics.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, UX, and commercial.
