What you will do

• Drive the execution, growth, and scale of hirify.global in the United Kingdom.
• Adapt hirify.global’s product to the UK market by understanding customer needs and driving merchant adoption.
• Ship high-impact work that meaningfully moves the needle for hirify.global’s business and customers.
• Partner effectively with engineering teams across the organization to drive product development and prioritization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (such as Revenue, Legal, Compliance, Credit, Fraud) to shape your product roadmap.
• Identify and create seamless buy now, pay later experiences for merchants and consumers.

Requirements

• Directly managed technical software products from kick-off to post-launch, driving meaningful business impact.
• Experience working on consumer technology products in the UK or Europe, ideally a fintech or BNPL product.
• Comfortable diving into technical details with an engineer, iterating with a designer, and breaking down a funnel with a data analyst.
• Discipline, organizational skills, and interpersonal communication to navigate complex organizational dynamics and secure decisions from senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to effectively influence engineering teams outside direct purview.
• Bias towards action, ability to navigate obstacles, and turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into a solid action plan.
• Direct experience shipping high-quality products on time and comfortable jumping into commercial aspects of product development.
