What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain controls for cutting-edge trading and quoting platforms.
• Document trading controls and activities for internal and external consumers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
• Respond to information requests from regulators and control functions including Compliance, Risk, and Internal Audit.
• Manage follow-ups to production incidents and operational risk events.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Paris, France
• Knowledge of electronic/algorithmic or equity derivatives trading systems and controls.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Strong academic background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering.
• Understanding of European market structure and regulatory environment.
• Experience in trading, development, testing, operations, audit, compliance, or risk frameworks.
