TL;DR

Salary: £32,000 - £50,000

What you will do

  • Support major business problems, collaborating with various teams including insurance, operations, commercial, and engineering.
  • Contribute to the scoping, development, testing, and launch of features on larger projects.
  • Own problem spaces end-to-end for smaller projects and initiatives.
  • Measure feature performance, identify improvements, and advocate for product enhancements.
  • Be hands-on and adaptable, getting involved where the company needs support as a startup.

Requirements

  • Early in your product career, or very passionate about entering product management after commercial experience (e.g., Marketing or Partnerships).
  • Strong communication skills with a proven track record of effective cross-team collaboration.
