Product Manager

Location: Remote with the UK or Europe

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (compensation adjusted outside the UK)

What you will do

• Deliver features supporting commercial goals and the vision of ‘Making Modding Easy’.
• Identify, qualify, and prioritize user and business needs into a clear roadmap and backlog.
• Design and execute experiments to test product positioning, growth, and revenue levers.
• Champion the product vision and collaborate with Engineers, Designers, and Community Managers.
• Communicate business value clearly and involve teams in strategy and decision making.
• Drive ideas from discovery through delivery and improve processes.

Requirements

• Location: Remote with the UK or Europe
• Previous experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in Agile environments.
• Experience creating test plans, executing experiments, and making data-driven decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused with knowledge of eCommerce.
• Self-organized and motivated to drive product strategy.

Nice to have

• Experience in revenue, growth, acquisition, and conversion product areas.
• Experience using Github for issue tracking.
• Understanding of games modding and knowledge of hirify.global.
• A passion for computer games.
