What you will do
- Own platform experiences across workflows, outreach, list & opportunity management, filters & table views, and settings/onboarding.
- Shape pricing and monetization levers, aligning them with customer value and adoption.
- Define and execute product roadmaps in weekly sprints with engineering, design, and leadership.
- Use data and analytics to deeply understand platform usage and drive decisions.
- Write clear and actionable requirements and PRDs.
- Ensure that platform foundations scale as the company grows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Experience in UX/B2C/PLG products.
- Strong background in platform PM, automation, or data-driven products.
- Hands-on experience with analytics and product usage data; fluent in defining metrics and using insights to drive decisions.
- Proven ability to write PRDs and translate requirements into shipping product.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, early-stage startup environments with high autonomy.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI, automation, or data-driven platforms.
- Proficiency in SQL and comfort with APIs (REST/GraphQL).
- Experience at both early-stage startups and scaling companies (200+ employees).
- Exposure to pricing and monetization strategies.
- Comfort with Figma or similar design tools.
