TL;DR

What you will do

  • Own outreach to high-value or complex healthcare accounts.
  • Design and stand up outbound and nurture programs (e.g., persona-based sequences).
  • Analyze performance, refine messaging, and update campaigns using tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and Definitive Healthcare.
  • Serve as a senior member of the BDR team, coaching junior BDRs and defining expectations.
  • Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and establish processes for scaling the BDR function.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Account Executives to align on qualification and feedback.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in BDR, SDR, or inside sales roles within SaaS, enterprise software, or healthcare.
  • Demonstrated success with outbound prospecting and generating qualified pipeline.
  • Experience mentoring peers, leading initiatives, or operating as a team lead.
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools, CRM workflows, and metrics tracking (Salesforce & Outreach preferred).
  • Strong planning skills, comfort with data, and ability to set and evaluate KPIs.
  • English: B2 required.
  • Location: Must be located on the West Coast (US).
