What you will do
- Design and continuously refine onboarding curriculum for new Public Sector Sales Development and Inside Sales Representatives.
- Deliver training on products, sales methodologies, market positioning, prospecting, and internal tools.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to ramping and tenured SDRs and ISRs.
- Prepare representatives to effectively sell value to assigned segments.
- Partner cross-functionally to innovate and optimize ramping experience and track performance metrics.
- Present program metrics and performance analysis to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or able to work from Austin, Carpinteria, Tampa, or remotely.
- 5+ years experience in software sales, preferably SaaS, and 2+ years leadership experience in coaching or onboarding.
- Proven track record in hiring, developing, and promoting Sales Development and Inside Sales Representatives.
- Experience designing scalable training programs and measuring coaching impact.
- Proficiency with sales technology stack including Salesforce, GONG, Highspot, Mindtickle, Outreach, Tableau, and LinkedIn.
- Strong presentation, data storytelling, and time management skills.
