Channel Presales Engineer (Cybersecurity): Serve as the primary technical and commercial liaison between Vendor and hirify.global’s ecosystem in Singapore, driving enablement and activation of sales teams and partners with an accent on cybersecurity SaaS solutions and channel sales. Focus on delivering technical training, supporting sales engagements, and collaborating on go-to-market initiatives.

What you will do

• Deliver enablement sessions, webinars, and workshops for internal teams, partners, and customers.
• Provide pre-sales technical support including demos, trials, and solution architecture advice.
• Support sales engagements and build relationships with stakeholders and partners.
• Develop and maintain enablement materials and collaborate with product and marketing teams.
• Represent Vendor at events and support joint marketing activities.
• Handle Level-2 post-sales technical escalations as needed.

Requirements

• Must have 3 years experience in pre-sales or technical enablement roles.
• Strong technical foundation in cybersecurity, IAM, or SaaS security products.
• Experience with Windows/Active Directory, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), and Identity Providers (Okta, Azure AD).
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to travel domestically and regionally up to 30%.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global or similar distributors.
• Channel sales or account management background.
• Cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CCSP).
• Familiarity with scripting, APIs, and DevOps tools.
• Proven track record in partner enablement and revenue growth.
