What you will do
- Design and deliver onboarding programs aligned with commercial strategy.
- Create and maintain sales playbooks, training modules, and workflow guides.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to identify skills gaps and execute enablement initiatives.
- Facilitate ongoing training on product knowledge, competitive positioning, and sales methodologies.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to update messaging and competitive intelligence.
- Track and analyze program effectiveness to improve pipeline and revenue performance.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid role based in Singapore
- 2+ years experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or related B2B roles.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes in data, SaaS, or commodities markets.
- Proven ability to design and deliver impactful training programs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and sales productivity tools.

- Background in energy, shipping, commodities, or financial data sectors.
