What you will do
- Lead and optimize the operational lifecycle of foundational subscription offerings (Foundation and Forever).
- Independently design, configure, and execute new subscription renewal products and operational features within the tech stack.
- Serve as the functional expert for Salesforce.com (SFDC) CPQ and relevant billing systems (e.g., Zuora).
- Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated operational dashboards and KPIs to provide actionable insights.
- Act as the operational Subject Matter Expert (SME) for renewal processes and product catalog, ensuring organizational alignment.
Requirements
- Deep functional expertise in product operations and process management within an enterprise subscription, SaaS, or Cloud business model.
- Functional mastery of CRM, CPQ, and Order-to-Cash systems, with a strong emphasis on leading configuration efforts in Salesforce CPQ.
- Ability to independently define, document, and validate complex business requirements for system enhancements.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, navigating high levels of ambiguity and managing parallel initiatives.
- Highly effective collaboration and communication skills to influence and drive consensus across multiple senior stakeholders.
