What you will do

• Perform large-scale hypothesis testing and statistical analysis, including A/B and multivariate testing.
• Advise on hypothesis design, primary, and secondary success metrics within product teams.
• Collaborate with product teams to set up necessary analytics tracking for insights.
• Develop solutions for communicating data across stakeholders through dashboards and reports.
• Partner with product leadership to solve business problems and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technology industry experience in analytics, with 3+ years in Product Analytics (A/B Testing).
• Expert-level SQL proficiency.
• Advanced experience with BI tools (Amplitude and Tableau preferred).
• Experience with project management and supporting internal stakeholder relationships.
• Superb communication skills to condense complicated data sets into concise and actionable stories.
• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, computer science, or mathematics.
