Salary: $150,000–$170,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage and configure NetSuite ERP including GL, AR/AP, billing, revenue recognition, and financial reporting modules.
• Own end-to-end quote-to-cash process from order fulfillment through revenue recognition.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting to translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
• Lead implementations from discovery through UAT and deployment.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work in month-end close, billing, and reporting.
• Support audits and compliance through system controls and documentation.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid with mandatory in-office presence on Mondays and Thursdays in San Francisco or New York.
• 7+ years experience as Business Systems Analyst or similar supporting Finance systems.
• Strong NetSuite experience including configuration, customization, and administration.
• Deep understanding of quote-to-cash processes and accounting fundamentals including ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
