What you will do

• Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Maintain and optimize Salesforce data quality and integrity across key objects and channels.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Conduct detailed assessments of business context to inform analysis and reporting efforts.
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions, create compelling data visualizations, and present findings to leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared initiatives and reporting/process goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-3 years experience in sales analysis, business intelligence, or a related role, with a combination of direct and channel data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales process optimization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Experience using Power BI.
• Experience with PRM platforms (Impartner, Allbound, etc.).
