What you will do

Lead and manage complex, cross-team projects aligning with business goals.
Oversee the technical portfolio, creating roadmaps and defining milestones.
Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of products and platforms.
Present to executives and hold engineering teams accountable.
Help establish and mature Technical Program Management practices.
Collaborate with various partners, including project, product, and software development managers.

Requirements

BS in Computer Science or related discipline, with 10+ years in software development roles and 5+ years as a Technical Program Manager.
Experience building scalable, cloud-native software solutions, specifically with AWS.
Experience leading Mobile, Web, and API teams and deliverables.
Sound understanding of microservice architecture, SDLC, and delivery pipelines.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and managing dependencies/risks.

Nice to have

Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., CoPilot, ChatGPT).
