What you will do

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of technical initiatives to improve Pokémon GO's quality, stability, and performance
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define technical strategies and gather requirements
• Coordinate cross-department efforts including engineering, QA, and product to ensure alignment on quality initiatives
• Identify and mitigate technical, procedural, and logistical risks impacting game quality
• Design and improve quality assurance processes and tools to enhance productivity
• Manage submissions and certification with mobile platform partners like Apple App Store and Google Play Console

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Bellevue, WA, United States
• BA/BS in computer science, engineering, business administration or equivalent experience
• Experience with Agile and traditional project management methodologies
• Strong understanding of technical concepts, system architecture, and software development lifecycles
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Experience with JIRA and AI technologies
