What you will do

• Own end-to-end management of programs, ensuring successful delivery of multiple interconnected projects.
• Define program objectives, develop integrated schedules, and prioritize initiatives to meet business goals.
• Identify and allocate resources, monitor progress, and manage program budgets.
• Anticipate and lead mitigation strategies for program-level risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and senior leaders, facilitating discussions for alignment.
• Assess program workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement scalable solutions for efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program management experience with a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-project initiatives.
• Strong understanding of program governance, planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to connect individual projects to broader organizational objectives.
• Skilled in creating structured, audience-appropriate communications and conveying complex concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, and traditional program management approaches.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Program Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Program Management, Business, or related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as PgMP (Program Management Professional) or PMP.
