What you will do

• Drive delivery of complex technical programs ensuring alignment across Engineering, Product, Design, and Go-To-Market teams.
• Ensure accountability and manage dependencies across teams to meet program goals.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain stakeholder visibility and track program results and KPIs.
• Support team-level execution, optimize agile practices, and drive process improvements.
• Facilitate technical decision-making and cross-team coordination.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States to qualify for this remote role.
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager delivering complex technical programs.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and engineering processes.
• Experience aligning technical programs with Go-To-Market strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
