Salary: USD $119,800 – $234,700 per year (typical U.S.); USD $158,400 – $258,000 per year (San Francisco Bay area and New York City).

What you will do

• Lead accessibility initiatives and coordinate execution across hirify.global products.
• Advocate for inclusive design and ensure accessibility is a first-class feature in product roadmaps.
• Engage with executives and customers to gather data, influence decisions, and shape product direction.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams to deliver accessible, high-quality experiences at scale.
• Function as an accessibility technical subject matter expert, monitoring industry trends and best practices.
• Influence division processes to ensure compliance with Microsoft’s Accessibility Standard (MAS).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• Experience running enterprise-scale services and platforms with technical depth.
• Familiarity with agile development practices and ability to drive delivery in fast-moving environments.
• Proven success working with engineers across geographies and disciplines.
• Mindset that sees accessibility as innovation, turning challenges into breakthroughs.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code.
• Experience partnering with communities of consumers with disabilities.
• Certification in Accessibility (e.g., Trusted Tester, CPACC, or PCWA).
• Proven ability to research accessibility recommendations around emerging trends and technology.
• 2-3 years of experience directly working with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG, Section 508, 255, CVAA).
• 2-3 years of work experience developing websites or apps using HTML, ARIA, JavaScript, or other languages.
• 2-3 years of experience with assistive technologies (e.g., JAWS, Narrator, NVDA, Dragon, VoiceOver, TalkBack).
• Familiarity with free and paid tools in the market for accessibility evaluations and improvements.
