TL;DR

Senior Enterprise Account Manager (Sales): Managing and growing relationships with hirify.global’s largest and most complex clients, focusing on account strategy, customer retention, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on developing comprehensive account plans, leading internal teams, and driving customer growth through consultative engagement and strategic communication.

Location: Hybrid or Remote within the US (Central or West Coast preferred)

Salary: $125,573–$160,000 (On-Target Earnings including base and variable compensation)

What you will do

  • Partner with Sales to manage relationships with large, complex enterprise clients.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies aligned with customer business goals.
  • Lead internal account teams to ensure coordinated approach and timely responses.
  • Drive customer retention and growth through strategic engagement and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and support teams to represent customer needs internally.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and maintain strong executive stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the US (Central or West Coast preferred) or willing to work hybrid near a local office.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of enterprise customer management experience in a technology firm.
  • Strong project management, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Technical background highly valued to understand customer ecosystems.
